ENTRIES for this year's Technology Fast 50 awards have opened.
Organised by the business advisory firm Deloitte, the ceremony will take place in the Titanic Belfast building on November 8. The awards recognise those companies in the north's technology sector that have demonstrated exceptional growth in turnover over the past five years. Last year there were 15 Northern Ireland firms in the awards list. "Last year the average growth rate of the Fast 50 companies was a phenomenal 556 per cent" David Crawford, partner at Deloitte Belfast, said. "The innovation in the sector is clear with companies creating technical solutions to everyday needs and marketing them here at home and abroad."
