VAN Morrison has just announced his next Belfast gig, which sees him returning to The Waterfront Hall for a special pre-Christmas show.
Van will be showcasing songs from his current LP, Keep Me Singing. His 36th studio album features 12 originals plus a cover of the blues standard Share Your Love With Me, written by Alfred Baggs and Don Robey and previously recorded by the likes of Aretha Franklin and Kenny Rogers.
The Belfast legend and his band will also be dipping into his formidable back catalogue to revisit some of his favourite songs (and, possibly, yours too) in new, often improvisationally augmented ways.
