WITH all free tickets now allocated for ATL's 30th anniversary birthday bash at The Ulster Hall on Monday night, those of you who missed out can still enjoy the music by tuning in live via your wireless / mobile app from 8pm.

Divine Comedy man Neil Hannon and Newry rabble rousers The 4 Of Us have just been added to a celebratory bill of home-grown acts which also features Therapy?, Villagers, R51, Soak and Saint Sister.

And, if you just can't get enough Neil Hannon in your life, be advised that the Co Fermanagh crooner will be performing a special acoustic set at HMV in Belfast the following evening.

Representatives of said music retailer have informed me that access to this performance will be granted on a "first come first served basis with a copy of the album" – the 'album' in question being his latest opus, Foreverland, which is released today.

Naturally, HMV will be only too happy to flog you a copy prior to the gig (other music retailers are available, though not necessarily on the 'high street') and there's the distinct possibility that Mr Hannon might even furnish your new purchase with an autograph following his unplugged performance.
