BELFAST'S biggest annual music festivals just got a little bigger with the announcement of even more acts for Belsonic and Tennent's Vital.
The former, Titanic Belfast-based event has been extended from nine dates in June to 14 dates split between June and August.
Punters can now pick and choose between five new bills topped by The Corrs (August 18), Madness (August 20), Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds and Catfish & The Bottlemen (August 23), Disclosure (August 24) and Fatboy Slim (August 27).
As for Vital, the latest band to join the line-up at Boucher Road Playing Fields is Kentucky-based oddballs Cage The Elephant, who will play prior to Red Hot Chili Peppers and Fall Out Boy as part of the two day festival's opening bill of rock-orientated acts on August 25.
