IRISH Star Wars costuming club The Emerald Garrison will return to Derry next month for the second annual Invasion Derry – a feast of family-friendly Star Wars-related fun featuring an appearance by Empire Strikes Back and Return of The Jedi actor Alan 'Bossk' Harris.
This year's event will include talks and signings with Harris and other Star Wars-affiliated talent, a marketplace where you can hunt down that elusive Star Wars collectible, prop and replica displays and over 40 costumed characters, including legions of Storm Troopers, Jedi Knights, bounty hunters, Clone Troopers, Wookies and even Darth Vader himself.
Young visitors will also have the opportunity to undergo Force Training with the Emerald Garrison’s Jedi instructors, who will be on the look-out for children with unusually high midichlorian counts.
