ULSTER University, Belfast City Council and National Museums NI are working in partnership to exhibit world famous painting Saint Cecilia by Giovanni Francesco Romanelli at Ulster University’s Belfast Campus. Saint Cecilia is known as the patron saint of music. The painting will be accessible for public viewings from December 11 to January 12, with free guided tours delivered by students from Ulster University’s fine art programme. Several tours scheduled daily, including weekends and evenings, last approximately 20 minutes. Places are limited and on a first come first served basis – booking is recommended. Professor Raffi Folli, provost of?Ulster?University’s Belfast campus, says: "At Ulster University’s School of Art we have a rich history in bringing through some globally renowned artists, and by opening this project to the public we hope to inspire the next generation of artists."
