AN ELDERLY man with Alzheimer's moves in with his son's family to cope with the confusion of day-to-day life in this English language remake of Til Schweiger's 2014 film Honig Im Kopf. Amadeus (Nick Nolte) is devastated by the death of his wife Margaret.

At the funeral, Amadeus's son Nick (Matt Dillon) grows concerned about the old man's frailty and insists his father moves in with him, wife Sarah (Emily Mortimer) and daughter Matilda (Sophie Lane Nolte).

The family quickly surmises that Amadeus's faltering memory can be attributed to a chronic neurodegenerative disease that will ultimately lead to his death.

Young Matilda doesn't know what she can do to her help grandfather in his hour of greatest turmoil until a kindly doctor (Jake Weber) advises the little girl to "step inside his world, so he feels needed".

Consequently, she encourages Amadeus to reminisce about falling in love with his wife and Matilda discovers that her grandparents began their epic romance in St Mark's Square in Venice.

Matilda suggests a family holiday to Italy in case the sights and smells of Venice jolt Amadeus's memory and afford him a few brief moments of beautiful clarity.

A PLUCKY taxi revs his engine to save a fellow automobile from a car-napping syndicate in a computer-animated adventure. Bright yellow cab Wheely (voiced by Ogie Banks) dreams of burning rubber in his hometown of Gasket City alongside best friend Putt Putt (Gavin Yap).

The elite cars in town look down their bonnets at Wheely and every time he puts a pedal to the metal, the taxi falls foul of the law.

During one of his drives, Wheely is bewitched by beautiful Italian model Bella di Monetti (Frances Lee). Alas, Bella remains out of reach.

In this midst of his swoon, Wheely screeches into trouble when faces down 18-wheeler truck Kaiser (Brock Powell), the hulking leader of a crime syndicate.
