NORTHERN Ireland audiences can go back to 1992 and the music of Take That via a new musical by award-winning writer Tim Firth, which is coming to the Grand Opera House.

Winners of the BBC’s Let It Shine, Five to Five band members AJ Bentley, Nick Carsberg, Curtis T Johns, Yazdan Qafouri and Sario Solomon, will perform Take That’s biggest hits in the show, titled The Band.

The drama follows five 16-year-old girls for whom the boyband is everything. The action fast forwards 25 years as the once inseparable friends reunite to try once more to fulfil their dream of meeting the group whose music became the soundtrack to their lives.
