BEACH BOYS legend Brian Wilson has announced two intimate summer shows at Dublin’s Vicar Street on August 21 and 22.
Wilson, who released his most recent solo album, No Pier Pressure, in 2015, is promising to "deliver his greatest hits live, including selected songs from Pet Sounds and fan favourites, spanning his 54-year career with The Beach Boys" at the upcoming Dublin dates, which are descriptively billed as 'Greatest Hits Live!'.
The much-loved US musician last played in Ireland in 2017 as part of the 50th anniversary tour for the band's 1966 masterpiece, Pet Sounds, a live jaunt which found him racking up an impressive 180 performances of the full album across more than 24 countries throughout 2016 and 2017.
The former Beach Boy will be supported at both Dublin dates by special guests Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin.
