BBC Music's Biggest Weekend Fringe will bring 10 days of live broadcasts, music panels/workshops, special events and yet more live gigs to Belfast from Friday May 18 to Thursday May 24 in the run-up to the Biggest Weekend itself on May 25 and 26.

On Monday May 21 at 7.30pm, Radio Ulster's ATL will broadcast two hours of live local music featuring Girls Names, Roe, Kitt Philippa, And So I Watch You From Afar, Cherym and Joshua Burnside.

6Music DJs Steve Lamacq and Marc Riley will be coming live from The Limelight on Thursday May 24 from 6pm with a special gig featuring local musical legends Therapy? and contemporary artpop mavericks Django Django.

Therapy? will be warming up for this with a special midday Q&A session at Katy's Bar where they will discuss their 28 year career as the north's premier alternative noisemakers, while Deconstructing The Song with Django Django will find Derry-born frontman Vinny Neff and co lifting the bonnet on their eclectic music-making machine at The Limelight next door from 12pm.

A series of panels and Q&As at Oh Yeah will also be running during the Fringe, including Peel, Punk, Belfast and Beyond on Tuesday May 22 at 6.30pm: Hosted by Undertones bassman and Radio Ulster presenter Mickey Bradley, this features local music scene faces Terri 'Good Vibrations' Hooley, Brian 'Rudi/Sabrejets' Young, Tanya 'Tunic/Skibunny' Mellotte and Andy 'Therapy?/Catweazle' Cairns.

Free tickets for all events must be applied for in advance via Tinyurl.com/bwfringe, where a full rundown of all programmes, gigs and special events is also available.
