SCOTTISH alt-blues troubadour Dave Arcari returns to Belfast on Saturday for an afternoon show at The Black Box.
Part of the Out to Lunch Festival, the 2pm gig is part of his ongoing tour to promote new album Live at Memorial Hall.
Recorded at Buchanan Memorial Hall on the east side of Loch Lomond close to Arcari’s home, the album was released last year to positive reviews and radio airplay at home and abroad.
"I’m delighted with the way the recordings have turned out," says Acari of the live record.
"Not only are all my personal favourites and popular live tracks captured, there’s a few brand new, unreleased songs on there too.
"Folks have been asking for a live album for a while now and after five solo studio albums, the timing has worked out perfectly.”
The recordings were mixed and mastered at Chem19 Studios, Glasgow by Paul Savage who has worked with Arcari on most of his studio recording projects over the last 10 years.
Arcari’s live schedule for 2018 will find him following the Belfast show with a return to Buchanan Memorial Hall, a series of club/festival dates across Britain and Europe and a return to the USA in October.
