A WHOPPING 15 years since they last played in Belfast, Rocket From The Crypt have announced their return to the city for a show at The Black Box on Saturday December 2.
It's little wonder that these horn-toting San Diego punks have taken their time in coming back to us.
Apart from the small matter of having been broken up between 2005 and 2011, they may not have the fondest of memories of good old Belfast: frontman John 'Speedo' Reis had his stage suit stolen after their gig at the Art College back in 2002, forcing him to perform in civvies at their next show.
Still, his clobber was eventually returned by the guilty party and Reis has also been back with his other bands Hot Snakes and The Night Marchers since then, so hopefully all has been forgiven.
