UNLESS you're reading this before 10am, don't worry about trying to get a ticket for Oasis man Liam Gallagher's imminent Belfast gig. Even though it has now been upgraded from The Ulster Hall to the SSE Arena, they'll probably already be long gone to early birds, hardcore fans and committed touts.

The former Beady Eye leader was to kick off his first ever solo tour with a so-called "intimate" show at the 1,850-capacity Ulster Hall on October 30, following the release of his debut solo LP As You Were on October 6.

However, the gig definitely became even less "intimate" last night when it was upgraded to the SSE Arena "due to phenomenal demand".

Indeed, even some fans who pre-ordered As You Were from Liam's official website as part of a promotion guaranteeing 'priority access' to tickets prior to today's general sale were left empty-handed, with disappointment turning to anger after these prized pre-sale tickets later appeared on official re-sale sites at hugely inflated prices.

Thus, if you want to catch 'R Kid' in action in Belfast, you'd best be ready at 10am sharp, when remaining tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster outlets and the SSE Arena box office on 028 9073 9074.

All previously purchased tickets remain valid for new venue.
