THE runners for this year's NI Music Prize were announced this week, with albums from 12 homegrown acts in contention for the Oh Yeah-backed accolade.
This year's hopefuls are:

Soak – Before We Forgot How To Dream
Therapy? – Disquiet
Tim Wheeler – Lost Domain
Contenders Malojian and Ciaran Lavery & Ryan Vail will be performing live at the awards ceremony on November 14 at The Mandela Hall, QUBSU, which will also feature a climactic set from the recipient of this year's Oh Yeah Legend Award, Neil 'The Divine Comedy' Hannon.
