ONE of the men jailed for the murder of north Belfast schoolboy Thomas Devlin is set to use a landmark ruling in a new bid to have his conviction quashed. Nigel Brown is serving a minimum 20-year prison sentence for the fatal knife attack in August 2005. Thomas (15) was knifed to death close to his home in the city.
