Changes favour Kilkenny but Munster is still tops

What a difference a year makes in hurling. Waterford were flying high last year with a National Hurling League and Munster title under their belt. Dan Shanahan was belting in goals for fun and all that was left for Waterford was that elusive All-Ireland title.
