Boneheaded stubborness or crisis of confidence?

There are only a few hours to go, if you are reading this at breakfast, before we know if Peter Robinson's ascendancy has proceeded as planned. The smart money says it will but then a lot of smart people are depending on Stormont for money. In the meantime, regional development minister Conor Murphy is scheduled to make a statement on water charging, thus heralding Sinn Fein's next fiasco.
