Deposed UDA 'brigadier' Ihab Shoukri is to be released from prison on Monday having served just two months in Maghaberry Prison since being sentenced for paramilitary membership. The leading loyalist, pictured, was jailed for 15 months in June after pleading guilty to being a UDA member and organising an illegal gathering on behalf of the organisation.
