No charges over security lapse despite judge’s inquiry order

A Policing Board member expressed alarm last night that a top-secret file containing personal details of up to 40 informants went missing.
Copies of the 'sensitive disclosure schedule' were given to defendants on trial in 2005 charged in connection with the brutal death of north Belfast man David 'Digger' Barnes in 2003.
