DRAMATIC falls in house prices have led to £17 million being wiped off the Northern Ireland property market in just one week. The asking price on one Co Antrim home fell by £134,950 last week - the largest recorded drop.
The number of estate agents slashing prices of properties for sale has more than doubled in just two weeks, according to a housing index tracker website.
