HP lands £4m ‘spy’ contract for schools

COMPUTER giant Hew-lett-Packard has landed the £4 million contract to design and operate the new 'spy' in Northern Ireland's classrooms. HP will run the revolutionary IT business intelligence solution that will collect, analyse and store a range of data on tens of thousands of pupils at around 1,200 primary and post-primary schools in the north over the next five years.
